Yes. The full annual membership fee is due even if you enroll in the middle of the fiscal year. However, if your payment is made (new enrollment) between January and March, it will be credited to the following year. The fiscal year of the organization starts on April 1 and ends on March 31.
Yes. Each copy costs 1,500 yen (A collection of abstracts costs 2,000 yen.). Please provide the volume and issue numbers, and the number of copies you would like to purchase in the application form, and send it to us. We will send the copy of the journal you request with an invoice enclosed.
About changes, cancellation and suspension
1. A change of work address or home address
2. A change of address for delivery of Society materials (e.g. from workplace to home, or home to workplace)
3. A change of the facility name of a Type C (facility) member or Type S (supporting) member
4. Change of representative of a Type C (facility) member or Type S (supporting) member
5. When your e-mail address has changed
Fill out and submit the Notification of Change of Registered Information (form) to the secretariat by e-mail.
Fill out and submit the Notification of Cancellation (form) to the secretariat by fax. Board certified Society physicians are required to surrender their certification handbook at the time of cancellation, and may be billed for any unpaid membership fees.
Secondary use of Society publications
If you secondarily use any copyrighted works including the academic journal “Ningen Dock and Preventive Medical Care (former name: Ningen Dock)” issued by the Japan Society of Ningen Dock, please be sure to contact the secretariat in advance.
